Mini-Mindfulness Sessions*Book your team a day of individual, 10-15 minute guided meditation coaching sessions to de-stress, calm, and reset. Sessions are customised to each person’s needs. Minimum booking of two hours required. *This service can also be done conjointly with a chair massage day to support our commitment to inclusion respecting that not everyone likes physical touch.
